I NOW HAVE MUCH NEEDED MOTIVATION! i'm going to florida august 8th-21st.
i refuse to go if i am the weight i am now. i am hoping to be in the 50's by then. maybe even 150? but i know i won't even get anywhere with how i'm going now.
i made an exercise plan thing i'm going to be starting on monday
(just because weekends are always messy). *put exercise plan in notepad. it was too long here*
intake : 7:00am - tim hortons ice coffee w/ milk [110]
8:00am - brown sugar & maple oatmeal (didnt eat all) [150]
10:30am - nature valley peanut bar [170]
12:30pm - mini red skinned potatoes [200], kool aid jammer [90]
2:10pm - strawberry jam toast.. damnit [250]
TOTAL SO FAR = 970
230 left... damn.
i'm just so hungry today for some reason! ugh.
well, looks like i'm just going to have to keep it under 1,500because i'm going to wendys or subway with best friends tonight.subway i'll get the same thing i always do [300ish]
same with wendys.. grilled chicken ceasar salad w/ light honey dijion [300ish too]
we're also drinking tonight.. so theres tons of calories there.jello shooters & malibu with lemonade..
tomorrow i think i'll do the 12 mile bike ride.outake :150 sit ups, 200 jumping jacks.
