HEY GUYS, TUMBLR.

i've decided to make a tumblr rather than doing this.
actually. i've decided i'll come back to xanga in september. doing this
doing the summer is too hectic. tumblr's just easier to post on and stuff.
BUT I WILL BE BACK HERE. my tumblr's going to be the same thing
as this pretty much. my intake each day and what not.. but i'll be posting

new plan?

I NOW HAVE MUCH NEEDED MOTIVATION! i'm going to florida august 8th-21st.
i refuse to go if i am
the weight i am now. i am hoping to be in the 50's by then.
maybe even 150? but i know i won't even get anywhere with how i'm going now.
i made an exercise plan thing i'm going
to be starting on monday
(just because weekends are always messy).

*put exercise plan in notepad. it was too long here*

intake :
7:00am - tim hortons ice coffee w/ milk [110]
8:00am - brown sugar & maple oatmeal (didnt eat all) [150]
10:30am - nature valley peanut bar [170]
12:30pm - mini red skinned potatoes [200], kool aid jammer [90]
2:10pm - strawberry jam toast.. damnit [250]
TOTAL SO FAR = 970

230 left... damn.
i'm just so hungry today for some reason! ugh.
well, looks like i'm just going to have to keep it under 1,500
because i'm going to wendys or subway with best friends tonight.
subway i'll get the same thing i always do [300ish]
same with wendys.. grilled chicken ceasar salad w/ light honey dijion [300ish too]
we're also drinking tonight.. so theres tons of calories there.
jello shooters & malibu with lemonade..
tomorrow i think i'll do the 12 mile bike ride.

apologize for not posting yesterday! i pulled an all nighter.. went for a 4 mile bike ride out in the country at 5:30am
and then crashed around..10am and slept until 10pm! seriously.. i need a sleep schedual. i stayed up all night again last night (obviously i just woke up pretty much lol).. i plan on staying up until atleast 6:30-7pm and falling asleep in hopes of fixing my sleep schedual. but i went for a bike ride again this morning at 5:30am in the country but this time i biked 20km! (12.7miles)   :) feel so good.

intake :
2:00am - strawberry yogurt & granola [210]
5:00am - honey nut cherrios [250]
8:15am - tim hortons ice coffee w/ milk [110]
TOTAL = 570

outake :
5:30am - 20km bike ride = -1000
(it says 1,000 for moderate biking for 2 hours.. i'll go with that)

quite a bit already... but for lunch i plan on having green beans..
and then for supper i think i'll have a healthy choice streamer.
so i won't go above 1,200! feeling so good about today.

i'm sorry i didn't update all long weekend!
it was may 24/victoria weekend.. so.. i was busy having fun and
not worrying about my weight for a few days haha. i hope i didn't
eff it up too much. well at the beach yesterday instead of buying
food from those fatty fry/burger stalls i brought a fruit tray thing haha.
brought chips too but i didn't have a single one! :)
the party friday night... sooo much fun! i got so drunk though haha.
i ended up throwing up 3 times around 3am-ish.. so i ended up throwing
up the little popcorn i did eat. thats all i ate at the party too.
so yeah well now back to updating normally. i'll comment soon!

INTAKE :
9:00am - cinnamon toast crunch cereal :| [250]
7:30pm - healthy choice streamer grilled chicken red pepper alfredo [260]
7:45pm - tiny bit of lemonade, rest of glass filled with water [60]
8:30pm - banana strawberry yogurt [40]
8:30pm - mocha ice cap [400] FUCK.
TOTAL = 1010

meh, wasn't too bad i guess... but that ice cap. i need to stop having those.
i think i'll cut down to only have them one during the week.. and two on weekends?
because i usually have them everyday (although normally the milk one and thats about
200 calories) so no more mocha ones!! they're so good but so bad.
